Came in asking for a battery change without calling in advance and they got it done quickly. The front desk guy went out of his way to go fetch the battery and replace it whilst also charging less that other place, however one thing that could be better was that I was assured there is a warranty for the battery but wasn't given a warranty card or any other form of written version of telling me that. Regardless highly recommend

Very approachable, professional & great communication..Emanuel took time to explain to me in detail with his findings with the RWC I asked him to do. I found Caitlin to be polite as I had to keep moving my appt as a car yard was messy me around with their delays. PCSC allowed me to take the BMW home for a.carplay install and return it next day. Engine oil leak, radiator hose leak, full service & took care of my tyre needs. Great team work, now the BMW is ready and safe for my grand-daughter. Highly recommend

Emmanuel the mechanic and Caitlin were very polite. Emmanuel explained everything and did a professional service - they allowed me to take the car for a day for autoplay install and i returned the car next day for Emmanuel to finish off - car service, RWC, oil repairs & radiator hose for BMW all done with open communication, he detected a slow leak in tyre and he took care of that too. they took me at short notice and i felt the car was in the right hands after argy bargy from car dealer where i bought it from. Highly reccomend.

Can not recommend them highly enough. Their workmanship was perfect. Friendly, honest staff. Couldn't fault our experience with them. Did a RWC on my husbands car. Then, finding & fixing a clunking noise in the front end of my Jeep.

I have always serviced all my cars there though at times i can see they speed things up whilst they are under pressure and might miss a few things but major aspects and reports are always done correctly.
